My sleep roller doesn’t just contain lavender, the essential oil that is most thought of when it comes to relaxation. Rather I like to infuse other oils that encourage the same response for rest perhaps even more so than lavender.

The crystals found within this roller are Rose Quartz, Clear Quartz, and Amethyst.
